Chin Chin® is an iconic restaurant brand serving modern Asian cuisine in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. I created a design system of reusable components to replicate marketing materials quickly and create visual consistency across customer touch points.

REWARDS PROGRAM NAME + IDENTITY
In celebration of their 40 year anniversary, Chin Chin thanked their customers by launching a loyalty program. I pitched the name “Red Envelope Rewards.”
In Chinese culture, at Lunar New Year, it’s tradition to give the gift of a bright, beautiful red envelope filled with money to symbolize good wishes for the new year ahead. The color red symbolizes good luck and prosperity in East Asian cultures. For Chin Chin, it symbolizes good fortune for being a loyal customer and is a way to make our rewards program unique, memorable and fun.
